salam suma..saya nak bg skit tips cmner nak jaga contact lens (CL) or jawa panggil kanta lekap..hehe..saya xpkai CL sebab gerun bl tang nak masuk kan dlm mata so sy prefer pkai spec..nmpk mature ckit..ye ke??hehe..kna tnya member2 la..
so mula2 skali
- haruslah bersihkan CL anda setiap hari dengan disinfektan @ bahan yang boleh membunuh kuman la sng cite..
- sebelum pegang CL,kna bsuh tangan (proper hand washing)..lebih baik guna sabun tanpa wangian yek..
- jangan plak guna air liur (yuck!),air suling,air paip (sgtla kotor tue) atau air saline yg dibuat sendiri dan xdisterilkan untuk bersihkan CL anda itu.
- semua jenis disinfektan adalah berlainan.so jika xnk CL anda mengering,kna pilih larutan serba guna yg ade pelembap pt taurina utk pastikan sentiasa selesa bl memakai CL.
- bekas CL anda perlu dibersihkan at least sekali sminggu dan biarkan ia kering sendiri..jgn bl dh berkarat bekas tue brnk cuci..bahaya woo..
- untuk ladies yea..pkaila CL anda b4 makeup dan tanggalkan CL sblm cuci makeup..hehe
- jgn tidur pkai CL kecuali dh dpt arahan doc..ini kerana,pkai CL semalaman lebih bw mudarat dr tanggalkan CL setiap mlm..
- jgn pkai CL lbh dari masa yang ditetapkan..pkai spec jika xsempat nak ganti CL tue..
- sila gunakan kosmetik berasaskan air ms pkai CL..untuk elakkan iritasi pada mata.
- para pengguna CL,harusla dptkan pemeriksaan mata lengkap setiap thn..termasuk utk detect glaukoma,katarak dan degenerasi makular..nnt jd mcm kwn sy cuk,tb2 ade hole lak dlm retina..nsb baik blh ttp blk hole tue..ingat ye cuk pesan aku nie…hehe
- golongan berumur dan penghidap diabetes patut lebih kerap jumpa optometris..
pesanan ini diambil dari metro 18november dan telah diolah ikut suka hati saya..hehe…
